By selecting Yes you are in agreement that the Monthly-Payment Licensee Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect through the last day of the calendar month of the Initial Term after which it will automatically renew for a Renewal Period, (12 months).

The Agreement will continue to automatically renew for a further Renewal Period at the end of each Renewal Period. In the event that Licensee does not wish for this Agreement to automatically renew, Licensee shall provide PCLTM with written notice that Licensee wishes to cancel this Agreement at least thirty (30) days prior to the last day of the Initial Term or the then-current Renewal Period, as applicable.

For Monthly Payment Licensees only, the price per user quoted on this Order Form will apply to the first two automatic renewals, such that pricing is guaranteed to not increase for the next 3 years.
